Police officers in Homewood are investigating an apparent shooting incident Sunday afternoon.The Homewood Police Department stated a gunshot wound victim showed up at Brookwood Baptist Medical Center.HPD Sgt. John Carr says the victim is a man in his late teens or early 20 s.His injuries are considered to be serious.Officers are unsure where the shooting actually took place, and it appears the victim drove himself to the hospital s emergency room.HPD states there was no active shooter situation at Brookwood Baptist. ....
