Lima, Mar 3 (Prensa Latina) Peru s Ministries of Health and Justice will refrain from approving the ruling to end the suffering caused by an incurable disease, the State Attorney s Office announced.
The attorneys who represent those ministries will not appeal the Ministry of Justice´s ruling in favor of Ana Estrada so that she can be euthanized to die with dignity.
The ruling orders that the Ministries of Justice and Health to respect Ana´s will, so Eduardo Vega and Óscar Ugarte, ministers of Justice and Health, respectively, supported her decision and entrusted this matter to attorneys. ....
