BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) — Police are investigating after a car struck Andiamo Restaurant in Bloomfield Township Tuesday morning.
Around 8 a.m., Bloomfield Township Police and Fire responded to a report of a two-car injury accident. Police say a Toyota Camry driven by an 87-year-old woman was in the median crossing from northbound Telegraph Road to the entrance into the Plaza shopping center.
Police say the Camry collided with a Ford Escape traveling southbound on Telegraph Road. After impact, police say the Camry continued through the shopping plaza and struck the restaurant. Andiamo was closed at the time of the collision. ....
