Share Kupwara: The National Foundation for Communal Harmony (NFCH) in collaboration with District Administration, Kupwara today organized an impressive interactive function for students of militancy and communal victims. The Secretary NFCH, Manoj Panth and District Development Commissioner (DDC), Kupwara Imam Din presided over the function. Speaking at the occasion, the Secretary NFCH said that the objective of the programme was to review the implementation of project ‘ASSIST’ under NFCH. He said under this flagship programme 1716 children rendered orphan or destitute in various communal, or terrorist violence in Kupwara district, have so far been covered for providing financial assistance to carry forward their education. ....
