Portland man pleads not guilty after DNA evidence leads to 2 murder charges

Christopher Lovrien, 53, was arraigned in Multnomah County Circuit Court on Thurs., March 11, 2021. Lovrien faces two counts of second-degree murder, one count of abuse of a corpse, and six counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm.The Oregonian

A Portland man accused of killing two strangers about 20 years apart pleaded not guilty to murder charges Thursday as investigators detailed their suspicions that the man may have additional victims.
Police arrested Christopher Lovrien in May after identifying him as a suspect in the killing of Mark Dribin, who was last seen in 1999 and whose remains have not been found. Lovrien is also accused of killing Kenneth Griffin, whose dismembered remains were found in Lovrien’s shed after his 2020 arrest. ....
