17 Jun 2021 At the direction of the department head, the Manager of Grants Operations and Compliance leads the day-to-day oversight for accounting and fiscal compliance for both domestic and international grants. Manages and develops grant policies, procedures, training responsibilities, and materials to optimize both grant administration/compliance and program efficacy for both field and ABA staff. Principal Duties/Job Responsibilities -Leads reports and manages oversight and compliance for all field and grant activities. Assists in field, internal and external year end audits. -Functions as the subject matter expert on all compliance activities related to grants and activities and counsels program leadership on such issues.
