A Burlington County woman who works for a cleaning company based in Toms River finds herself in jail in Manchester after police arrested her for allegedly stealing jewelry from the homes of elderly residents.
Linda Kreig, 38, of Wrightsown is charged with multiple counts of theft after a Manchester Police said they conduced a yearlong investigation where they learned she had been stealing jewelry belonging to several elderly residents while she was cleaning their homes.
The heists took place between May of 2019 to December of 2019, during a period of time when Manchester Police Officers were routinely responding to different residences where the victims reported that their jewelry was stolen by the house cleaner. ....
