Everyone needs help at some point

AVON What happens when you step out in faith and say yes to a request?   Sometimes we don’t know for sure, but last August the Avon United Methodist Church (UMC) Family said yes to hosting a food distribution for the Avon Community.   
The Abingdon Cupboard and Closet organization asked Avon UMC to be a satellite location to distribute food for those with a need for additional support.   
The food distribution in Avon started with about 10 families and has grown to assist and support over 40 area families, impacting over 100 residents.     ....
