Letters: Protest fireworks, nanny state, vaccine hope and HB6

Article s claims need more investigation
Wednesday s online article Man indicted for rioting, shooting fireworks at police during Columbus protests , stated that a homeless man “is accused of firing commercial-grade fireworks at police officers during a protest in May.”
First, let me correct The Dispatch: it was a riot, not a protest. Second, I must ask where a homeless man got “commercial-grade” fireworks. I have many resources, and don’t know where or how to get any offhand. If The Dispatch is correct and these were “commercial-grade,” it’s clear that someone else with means and motive well beyond mine planned for and supplied these. Who was that? Let’s not let the reporting stop here.
