Man breaks into Pa. home, undresses, assaults woman and dog: police

A Clearfield County man is in jail after state police at Rockview accused him of breaking into a woman’s home Friday, assaulting her and a dog and running away from officers while naked.
David Bainey, 42, broke into the Philipsburg home about 11:10 p.m. Friday after the woman told him to leave, police wrote in an affidavit of probable cause. Bainey disrobed, strangled the woman and said he could kill her before leaving, police wrote. He was arrested after being immobilized with a stun gun. ....
