The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and NLEX Corporation today (February 19, 2021) formally opened the  P1.6 billion, 8.2 km Subic Freeport Expressway (SFEX) expansion linking Bataan, Zambales, Pampanga and the rest of Central Luzon through the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway. 
NLEX Corp. built the new expressway despite the  pandemic to accelerate business activities and facilitate the flow of goods  between the economic zones in Clark and Subic. ....
