It’s National Missing Persons Week and those loved ones are pleading with anyone with information to come forward to Crime Stoppers. NSW say 28 people go missing every day in NSW – most of those people are located almost immediately but some remain missing for a long time. In the Hunter region and on the Central Coast, some haven’t been missing for long, but others date back 40 years or more to the day they were reported missing to NSW Police. ....

Date Time Police lay charges after police vehicle rammed during pursuit at Albury A man has been charged after a police vehicle was rammed during a pursuit in the state’s south earlier this week. On Wednesday 28 April 2021, Victoria and NSW Police were conducting a cross-border operation, when officers attached to Murray River Police District observed a white Mitsubishi Magna sedan in the Albury area allegedly travelling above the speed limit. PolAir monitored the vehicle as it travelled across the border towards Shepperton, Victoria, before it travelled back to Wodonga. About 1.30am yesterday (Thursday 29 April 2021), officers from Murray River Police District attempted to arrest the driver while he was stopped on Wantigong Street, North Albury. ....
