The police officials captured in the video have been identified and are employees attached to a unit in Worcester. The two men are yet to be identified and interviewed as part of the investigation, said Potelwa.
“Further investigation into the matter is expected to also shed light on what happened prior to the recording commencing.
“A plea is made for space to be given for the sanctioned investigation to unfold and be finalised. Speculation about what happened, including the disclosure of names of the police officials involved, would, at this stage of the investigation, be detrimental to the investigation.”

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - Tonight, members of the community put on a different kind of a protest, a silent one. Members of Black Lives Matter put makeshift body bags in front of Huntsville’s city hall ahead of Thursday’s city council meeting.
Members of the Black Lives Matter movement wanted to get a message across to city leaders, a message of injustices.
Members believe some of the injustice they’re witnessing is coming from local and national law enforcement. ....

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - Three UAH police officers are off the job following a traffic stop that sparked national attention.
The UAH police chief, a captain and an officer were all fired from the university following an October traffic stop with an 18-year old Hazel Green High School student.
“As a mom who got to see what bullying looks like behind a badge, I feel like we had won a small victory,” said Chanda Crutcher, the mother of the 18-year-old. ....
