Doha: Ezdan Holding Group yesterday announced a net profit of QR347.94m for the year ended December 31 2020 compared to QR309.29m net profit in 2019, showing an increase of 12.5 percent. 
The Group’s earnings per share (EPS) amounted to QR0.013 by the end of 2020, compared to QR0.012 during 2019. The Group generated revenues of QR1.4bn, compared to QR1.67bn for a year earlier.
The Board of Directors of Ezdan Holding Group convened yesterday, and ratified the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020.
The Board of Directors recommended no dividends for the financial year ended December 31, 2020. That recommendation will be submitted for approval at the Annual General Assembly meeting. ....
