BENIN CITY – The Edo State Government has urged members of the state branch of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) to take advantage of the state government health insurance scheme to access quality and affordable health services.
Director General, Edo State Health Insurance Commission, Dr. Rock Amegor, said this while addressing members of the NBA in Benin City, during a sensitisation programme, noting that the government is passionate about sustaining ongoing reforms in the health sector.
According to him, “Edo State Health Insurance Scheme’s mandate includes providing access to quality and affordable healthcare to all residents of Edo State regardless of their economic or financial status, which will help them reduce out-of-pocket spending on healthcare. ....
