MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A Memphis man is facing charges for the rape and kidnapping of a teenage girl.
Police responded to an apartment complex near the airport Jan. 10 where a 15-year-old girl said she was kidnapped at gunpoint and taken to a hotel.
The girl told police she was raped for hours by a man she later identified as 35-year-old Christopher Mackey from a photo lineup.
According to a police report, the victim said she told Mackey her age and tried to escape several times but he tore her clothes and continued the assault. ....
