Chillicothe residents beg city leaders to solve neighborhood flooding issue

CHILLICOTHE (WEEK) - Residents of Chillicothe are begging city leaders to help fix a dangerous neighborhood flooding issue.
For five years, Chillicothe resident Ryan Walker has lived on West Chestnut Court a couple miles north of Three Sisters Park.
He says every time there is heavy rainfall, the floodgates open - and puddles can sometimes get as high as three feet.
Walker says despite multiple calls to city leaders including the mayor of Chillicothe, the problem still sits unsolved.
After the first time we moved in and it rained, we learned we not only bought a home, but we bought some lakefront property, Walker said. ....
