Riverside Foundation for Health Care is excited to announce that the winner of the July Riverside 50/50 electronic raffle is Doug Agar of Fort Frances, ON with the winning ticket number J-6593728. Agar takes home $15,605, with the same amount going to the Foundation. The draw was made Friday, July 30
th at 11:00am in the Foundation Office.
‘Well you just made my day!’ Agar exclaimed with screams being heard in the background when he was told the he was this month’s winner. A lifelong resident of Fort Frances, Agar said he began purchasing tickets in March. He purchased tickets for a neighbouring draw first and after doing so learned of the Riverside draw and figured he better support his own district. Although he joked that his family would love for him to buy a pontoon boat, he has no immediate plans on what he is going to do with his winnings. ....

Riverside Foundation for Health Care is excited to announce that the winner of the April Riverside 50/50 electronic raffle is Luz McGoldrick of Fort Frances, ON with the winning ticket number G-1025801. McGoldrick takes home a whopping $25,915, with the same amount going to the Foundation. The draw was made Friday, April 30
th at 11:00am in the Foundation Office.
Originally from Chile, McGoldrick and her husband have resided in Fort Frances for the past 5 years. McGoldrick has been purchasing Riverside 50/50 raffle tickets since the first draw as an alternative to attending Foundation events. ‘I thought it was a great way to help the Foundation, and you never know, someone has to win’ she stated. As a manager at the local Canadian Tire, McGoldrick’s first order of business with her winnings was to treat the entire staff of Canadian Tire with a nice lunch. ‘They deserve it’, she stated.
