37次举报无果——北京豪华别墅区里的"超级违建"卷土重来 _ 东方财富网

　　他们一并向经济观察网记者出示了详细的电话举报清单，从2021年5月10日至7月28日，有37次之多。电话举报清单包括拨打的时间、电话号码、接电人基本信息等等。
　　“开始时，打完举报电话不久，就有城管执法的工作人员过来。城管执法在现场的那会儿，那别墅里的工人就停工；等城管执法一走，他们就又继续干。前前后后我们打了这么多次举报电话，大概也见到城管执法到了10来次吧，但基本没有任何效果。”上述住户介绍。
　　碧海方舟别墅业主撰写并向北京市发出的实名举报信里，除了北区13号别墅业主之外，碧海方舟的物业方世邦魏理仕公司，以及朝阳城管执法部门，均成为被举报投诉的对象。
　　这些实名投诉信认为，城管执法部门的“不作为甚至是配合，造成违法建设的主要因素”；而世邦魏理仕公司在碧海方� ....
