This is part of the firm s commitment to The Valuable 500, in a move to further advance disability inclusion in its workforce. As at end-January, it has already recruited and trained 36 hearing-impaired operators.
Micron Malaysia has set a target of employing 50 team members with disabilities in 2021, it announced on Thursday (18 February). As at end-January this year, the firm has already recruited and trained 36 hearing-impaired operators in its workforce.
