Convicted sex offender allegedly touched student on San Rafael H.S. campus, booked into jail

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. - A convicted sex offender was booked into the Marin County Jail Thursday on multiple charges including indecent exposure, sexual battery, resisting arrest and for violating parole, officials say. 
At 3:56 p.m., San Rafael police said they received a call from a state parole agent regarding someone who was under his supervision.
The parole officer said Willie Clinton-Jones, who is monitored by GPS due to his registered sex offender status, entered San Rafael High School’s campus.  ....
