NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — UPDATE:
Travis Harris, 30, surrendered himself to the Metro Nashville Police Department late Friday night, after he was mistakenly released in Robertson County.
Harris is charged with the July 10, 2018 fatal shooting of Quinton Brooks, 24, in a parking lot of the McFerrin Community Center on Grace Street and felon in possession of a handgun.
