Sonalika’s growth surpasses the industry growth of 27% as the company recorded an annual sales volume of 1,39,526 tractors in FY21.
The tractor industry in FY21 hit an all-time high sales touching the 9 lakh unit mark.
Even as the auto industry was playing hide and seek with sales numbers in FY21 owing to various reasons, the tractor industry has been on an all-time high during the last financial year. While most tractor makers have shown growth margins, North India based Sonalika Tractors has recorded the highest domestic growth in tractors at 42%.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved a proposal to reduce the tasks of labourers engaged for works under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) following a time-motion study on their work efficiency. The exemption will be carried out in the financial year 2021-22, beginning on Thursday.
Jaipur-based Malviya National Institute of Technology had recently suggested on the basis of its scientific study that the tasks assigned to the unskilled MGNREGA labourers be reduced to increase their efficiency and productivity. The study analysed the works of both male and female labourers in different weather conditions. ....

Chhattisgarh ranks first in nation in terms of providing job under MGNREGA
More than 107 percent of the given target was achieved under MGNREGA two weeks after the set deadline under current financial year
Raipur: Chhattisgarh (CG) ranks first in the country in terms of providing employment under MGNREGA (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act) in the current financial year 2020-21.
The state government provided employment of 16.684 crore man-days under MGNREGA against the set target of creating 15 crore man-days, as sanctioned by Government of India, an official communique said.
More than 107 percent of the given target was achieved under MGNREGA two weeks after the set deadline under current financial year, the release said. ....
