Landowners agreement paves way for Israel s tallest building
Three high-rise buildings of 120, 88 and 77-floors will be built in the Ramat Gan Diamond Exchange district.
After a dispute extending over 30 years, a mediation settlement has been achieved between the management of the Ramat Gan Diamond Exchange, Isras Investment Co. (TASE: ISRS), and the Ramat Gan Municipality, who jointly own a 6.25 acre site in the Ramat Gan Diamond Exchange district. The settlement paves the way for construction of the ambitious IDE Towers project, which includes a 120-floor high-rise, which will be the tallest building in Israel, as well as two other high-rise buildings with 77 and 88-floors. ....

DMCC’s largest-ever tender fetches Dhs321.29m in rough diamond sale

DMCC has been a driving force in establishing the emirate as a hub for diamond trade.
DMCC – the world’s flagship Free Zone and Government of Dubai Authority on commodities trade and enterprise – announced that it has successfully hosted the largest rough diamond tender ever to take place in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
A total of 379,912 carats of rough diamonds were sold, valued at $87.47 million (Dhs321.29 million) with 115 winning customers. Over 250 companies participated in the tender and 500 individuals flew into Dubai to take part in the event with delegates from India, Hong Kong, Russia, Israel, Belgium and Lebanon. The record-breaking tender, organised by Stargems DMCC, offered clients the opportunity to bid for rough diamonds from South Africa and Angola over an eight-day period. ....
