Greater Noida: Man murders 8-month pregnant wife, sits near copse for 2 days before informing police

The body of the 25-year-old pregnant woman was found inside her home in Greater Noida s Sector Alpha II, following which a case was registered at Beta II police station and her husband was arrested.

Man kills wife, goes to cops to confess in Greater Noida | Noida News

GREATER NOIDA: Two days after a 28-year-old man killed his wife over an illicit relationship, he surrendered before the police on Wednesday in Beta-II police station. The accused, a resident of G-block in Sector Alpha-II allegedly reached the police station and confessed to his crime.
According to police, Rajnikant Dixit used to work as an engineer in a network firm. He got married to Khushi (25) 10 months ago. Police investigation also revealed that the deceased was eight months pregnant.
Vishal Pandey, Additional DCP, Greater Noida said that on Wednesday around 2pm, a man entered the police station and told the cops that he has killed his wife over an illicit relationship. “We were shocked and asked him about the body on which he told us that it is lying in his house in Sector Alpha-II. Immediately, a team was sent to his house and recovered the body. The body was sent for autopsy and reports are awaited,” Pandey said. ....
