Apart from it, 42,886 beds have been kept in isolation wards for infection patients at over 400 hospitals in the State, Raghu Sharma said in a statement.
Rajasthan Health Minister Raghu Sharma on Saturday said they have 8,532 oxygen-supported and 2,326 ICU beds for coronavirus patients in the State.

Coronavirus patients are currently being treated at 429 medical institutions, including 60 hospitals and 282 care centres, he said.
More than 78,000 tests are being conducted daily in 67 laboratories and the figure will be taken to one lakh samples a day soon, the Minister said, adding that so far, they have tested 81.11 lakh people. ....

The Ashok Gehlot led Rajasthan government and the Union Health ministry are on warpath over Covid-19 vaccination in the desert state.
The Gehlot government has claimed that it will not be able to continue with Covid-19 vaccination process for long due to insufficient doses of the vaccine in the state.
We people are not doing fresh vaccination drive. Have stopped giving first dose and are giving only second dose , Rajasthan Health Minister Dr. Raghu Sharma said on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, a release issued by the Union Ministry of Health said, There have been some news reports suggesting impending shortage of Covid-19 vaccine doses in Rajasthan. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Health Minister Raghu Sharma received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine at the Sawai Man Singh Government Hospital here on Friday. Mr. Gehlot called upon the people to get themselves vaccinated without fail on their turn in view of a surge in the number of infections reported in several States.
Mr. Gehlot said about 25% of the country’s vaccination was being carried out in Rajasthan, with 2 lakh to 2.25 lakh doses being administered per day. “Along with the vaccination, we need to diligently follow all the COVID-19 protocols so that we don’t lose the battle against the disease,” he told reporters after his inoculation. ....
