Ridgefield Democrats Seek Candidates for Police Commission

The Ridgefield Democratic Town Committee is seeking candidates to fill a vacant seat on the Board of Police Commissioners.
At a meeting of the Board of Police Commissioners on April 8, 2021, Nicholas Perna submitted his letter of resignation from the Board, effective on April 9. Mr. Perna was appointed to the Board of Police Commissioners in January 2019, filling a vacancy. He was then elected to Board in November 2019.  He has served our town with skill, mature judgment and dedication. Ridgefield Democrats thank Mr. Perna for his valuable service and wish him well. ....
