Riverfest First Mates, Commodores to raise funds for Red Kettle Campaign

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) Riverfest First Mates and Commodores will engage in some friendly competition Friday to raise money for The Salvation Army as the Red Kettle Campaign begins its final week.
Riverfest Commodores, First Mates, and many members of the Riverfest Board of Directors will be ringing bells at all four Festival Foods locations in La Crosse County, competing to see who can bring in the most donations to support the La Crosse community. Prior to the match day, the entire group has secured a generous anonymous donor to match the community donations raised on that day up to $10,000. This year they are continuing their tradition at the kettles and to make the match, they are offering a Virtual Red Kettle to run Wednesday through Friday. ....
