The event was attended by Venezuelan Foreign Deputy Minister Ruben Dario Molina, President of the Venezuela-Vietnam Friendship Association Carolus Wimmer, and President of the Venezuela-Vietnam Chamber of Commerce Oswaldo Hernandez, among others. Addressing the ceremony, Vietnamese Ambassador to Venezuela Le Viet Duyen reviewed the achievements that Vietnam has achieved over the past 35 years of the Doi Moi (Renewal) process.
