TROY   Eddy Heritage House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center now has one of the deadliest coronavirus outbreaks among residential facilities in Rensselaer County.
The county announced Wednesday night that an 82-year-old woman from Eddy Heritage died after contracting COVID-19, the disease caused by the virus. She is the 10th victim in recent weeks from that facility on Tibbits Avenue, which is run by St. Peter s Health Partners. ....
