FLINT, MI The city’s excavation and replacement of water service lines will continue into 2021, and the project manager could be in line for a contract extension to oversee the remaining work.
A Flint City Council committee is scheduled to consider a $500,000 change order in the city’s contract with Rowe Professional Services on Wednesday, Feb. 17, the company hired in 2019 to oversee the program. ....
