ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – A 30-year-old Pontiac man was arrested for an incident of indecent exposure at a Rochester Hills Meijer that took place around 10:45 a.m. on Jan. 2, police say.
According to police, three women made complaints stating they witnessed the suspect, David Dexter Watkins, expose his erect penis.
One of the woman said he asked her to look at it while she shopped. Watkins was eventually located by police and identified by the victims. ....

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. (WXYZ) â Police have arrested a man who was seen on store surveillance exposing his genitals to several women inside a Rochester Hills Meijer on Jan. 2.
David Watkins, 30, of Pontiac, is charged with three counts of indecent exposure. Each count carries a one-year sentence in jail and/or a fine of $1,000.
While at the Rochester Hills Meijer, 3610 Marketplace Circle, three women reported that Watkins exposed his erect penis to them. One woman told police she was with her 3-year-old daughter when the incident happened. ....
