But a longtime fixture of Old Town is using the shutdown to shed its skin – so to speak – for the warmer and busier months ahead.

“It puts a crimp into your budget, but it has given us a chance to catch up on some projects we’ve been meaning to do for awhile. We’ve taken advantage of the time,” Rattlesnake Museum owner Bob Myers told the Journal. “We’re here almost every day – painting, refinishing, refurbishing, rejuvenating.” ....
