26 more townhomes planned for Susquehanna Township development

There are 26 more townhomes planned for the expansion of The Townes at Margaret’s Grove in Susquehanna Township.
The townhomes will be located in seven buildings along Margaret’s Drive, Braeburn Land and Fairchild Road. The seven buildings are building five, 20-22 and 29-31 of the development.
The development is located near the Blue Mountain Commons shopping center, a Giant-anchored shopping center located on Linglestown Road.
The 26 townhomes make up Phase 3A of the development and were recommended last week by the Susquehanna Township Planning Commission. The townhomes were part of the previously approved final land development plan for phases two and three of The Townes at Margaret’s Grove. ....
