LORDSTOWN Usually at this time of the year, local law enforcement officers are spending time with local children shopping for Christmas gifts at area stores as part of Shop with a Cop, but this year adaptions had to be made.
For 20 years, the Lordstown police department has shared a Christmas meal with kids in need, prepared by members of the Lordstown Fabric Patchers. The meal traditionally was followed by rides in police cruisers to stores in Niles to shop. ....
