Leominster Access Television has moved into a brand new, state-of-the-art location at 20 Litchfield St.
LTV Executive Director Carl Piermarini said it decided to downsize and consolidate operations from the space it had been renting a short distance away at 435 Lancaster St. (Route 117).
“We had been carefully budgeting over the years, with the vision of saving funds for eventually moving into a space where we could better control expenditures, increase visibility, and improve studio conditions such as better lighting and soundproofing,” Piermarini said. “We moved into a new facility that we designed and had constructed.”
Piermarini said there are several “major benefits” to the new building, including “much better visibility and ease of access to the public, better control over of our facility environment with money saving investments in LED lighting, high efficiency and cost-effective heating and AC equipment, and excellent soundproofi ....
