A Wilkes-Barre man is facing drug-trafficking charges alleging was dealing cocaine, according to Kingston police. Alex Bonilla, 25, was arrested during a traffic stop Thursday following an investigation by the Luzerne County Drug Task Force that began last month, police said. According to police, Bonilla admitted to having cocaine and cash in his vehicle during the stop. Police charged Bonilla with possessing a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, delivering a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility. Magisterial District Judge James J. Haggerty arraigned Bonilla on the charges and set bail at $10,000. Bonilla was being held at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
