Lesotho Taekwondo Association postpones AGM due to rise in COVID-19 cases

The Lesotho Taekwondo Association (LTA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been called off again due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The meeting was scheduled to be held on January 15, but LTA spokesperson Sekhokhe Molikoe told the
Metro it had now been postponed indefinitely .
The decision comes after the suspension of all sporting activities in Lesotho as part of a nationwide lockdown.
Coronavirus cases in Lesotho rose sharply at the beginning of this month, reportedly due to the number of workers returning home from South Africa for Christmas.
Lesotho has recorded 8,649 cases and 164 deaths from coronavirus since the start of the pandemic. ....
