Do you think the recent dip in metal stocks is a buying opportunity? Is the dip shallow?
In the near term, there is a risk in metals because of the way the stocks have gone up. Most traders had bought metal stocks in a highly leveraged manner, not only in India but even globally. If the leverage play is very high, we eventually get to a stage where the risk-reward ratio reduces. So now when these stocks are one-fourth of their current size, no one wants to touch them. They have gone up ....
