On June 27, 2021, a lion living in a Phnom Penh villa, Cambodia, was confiscated by the authorities after a man showed off his ‘pet’ on TikTok.
“Cambodian authorities started investigating this lion after we saw it on TikTok in late April,” Pheaktra said, further adding that people have no rights to raise wildlife as pets . ....
