Pedro’s family members confirmed his passing on Monday. After being diagnosed in 2019, Pedro received nothing but love and support from his family and community. His fellow teammates from the Valencia Vikings football team all shaved their heads in support of Pedro’s journey. A surprise drive-thru car parade was thrown just a few months ago for Pedro’s 17th birthday, where many of his classmates and family members attended to show support.
