Gerrod Brian Abram Jr., 25, Madison, Ala., is charged in district court in Minot with Class B felony intent to deliver oxycodone/fentanyl on Feb. 12.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, a Ward County Narcotics Task Force Officer made “casual contact” with Abram at the Hawthorne Hotel in Minot and Abram consented to a search of his luggage. The search turned up a combined 3,000 suspected oxycodone/fentanyl pills.
Abram was scheduled to make an initial appearance on the charge on Tuesday before Judge Gary Lee.
