Bellandur, Hagadur residents say that civic issues have taken a backseat
Bengalureans were very happy when the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (
BBMP) Commissioner had announced the appointment of nodal officers for ward committees last year.
They thought that the initiative would help fix basic issues in their respective areas. Instead,
