The City of Fayetteville will host a blood drive on Tuesday, April 13, in honor of Officer Stephen Carr, badge #413. The blood drive is in partnership with the Community Blood Center of the Ozarks. Officer Stephen Carr was ambushed while sitting in his patrol car at the police department the evening of Dec. 7, 2019. He was shot and killed in the police department parking lot. Donors can give between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the Walton Arts Center s Starr Theater.There will be live music during the blood drive and donors will receive a free T-shirt.
