West P&I: New arrangements for vessels receiving bunkers at Zona Comun, Argentina 29 Dec 2020 Maritime insurance provider West of England on Monday (28 December) said the Clubâs local representative in Buenos Aires, Pandi Liquidadores, have advised that the Argentinean Coast Guard now requires all vessels bunkering at Zona Comun (off La Plata, within 12 miles from the coast) to have arrangements in place with an OSRO for response to any oil spillage within 60 minutes of occurrence. This appears to be a change in approach and Members are advised to be aware of the need to make these arrangements in good time for any vessel taking bunkers in this area. ....
