SALISBURY, Md.- The Tri-County MLK Coalition Incorporated on the Eastern Shore are committed to celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s birthday, as they have been for the past 35 years.
While they might be celebrating a bit differently due to the pandemic, it’s not going to stop them from honoring Dr. King’s legacy.
“The larger question for us is how can we still celebrate  and just paying attention to whats going on 5:10 earlier in the year we noticed that a lot of events had gone virtual,” Tyler Jones, secretary of Tri-County MLK, said.
The non-profit organization typically has a huge event at the the Wicomico County Youth & Civic Center. ....
