　　央广网北京8月3日消息（记者牛谷月）近日，工业和信息化部、公安部、交通运输部联合发布《智能网联汽车道路测试与示范应用管理规范（试行）》（工信部联通装〔2021〕97号，下称《规范》）。工信部有关负责人表示，道路测试等系列工作开展，促进我国智能网联汽车产业发展取得积极成效，基本与全球先进水平处于“并跑”阶段。

　　工信部指出，随着汽车与电子、通信、能源等领域深度融合发展，带有鲜明跨界融合特征的智能网联汽车应运而生，成为全球产业发展方向。2018年4月，工业和信息化部、公安部、交通运输部联合发布《智能网联汽车道路测试管理规范（试行）》，发挥了积极的引导作用。道路测试等系列工作开展，促进我国智能网联汽车产业发展取得积极成效，基本与全球先进水平处于“并跑”阶段。近日，为贯彻落实国务院文件要求，适应行业新的发展需求，推动实现由道路测试向示范应用扩展，三部委启动了《智能网联汽车道路测试管理规范（试行）》的修订工作。
　　为适应新技术新模式新业态发展，加快智能网联汽车产业化进程，《规范》主要在以下方面进行了修订和完善：
