With most exams being conducted online, schools have a new task of preventing cheating. Many schools are going high-tech to tweak
question papers so that students do not resort to unfair means to score well.
“Two cameras will be set up. While the primary camera will focus on the student, the secondary camera will focus on the room (student s environment),” says Nooraine Fazal, CEO of Inventure Academy. “The exam papers will be uploaded only at the start of the reading time. If a Google form is used, the questions will be shuffled, and schools will use a plagiarism check.” Kalai Selvi, Head of School, Vidyashilp Academy said, We are conducting exams using our Learning Management System (LMS) Bright Space and video conferencing tools. ....

In less than a month, VSA Cancer Care Fund has supported the treatment of five paediatric cancer patients at Cytecare Cancer Hospitals

Every year, nearly 50,000 children are diagnosed with cancer in India. Of these, almost 50% cannot afford treatment and succumb to the disease. In an earnest attempt to address this distressing reality, Vidyashilp Academy and Humanist Centre for Medicine set up the VSA Cancer Care Fund in December 2020.
In less than a month, VSA Cancer Care Fund has supported the treatment of five paediatric cancer patients at Cytecare Cancer Hospitals, the knowledge partner and key supporter of the Fund. For 2021, the endeavour is to provide financial assistance for the treatment of 50 children suffering from cancer. ....
