On the first day of training, Mayor Sitti Djalia T. Hataman emphasized in her message the importance of information, stressing that the participants are expected to contribute in information dissemination especially when it comes to the programs, projects and activities of their departments. She also recognized the importance of information in relaying what their respective office are doing in order that the people will understand about their programs.

“More than anything, sa hinaba-haba ng panahon, ngayon mas kailangan ng mga tao ang tamang information. Yon ang pinagkakaabalahan, pinaghuhugutan ng mga tao ngayon, pinagkukunan ng mga balita, especially sa social media kaya very very crucial ang role ng information sector,” she said. ....
