Man charged with sexually assaulting child worked as custodian in Bedford School District
According to a letter sent to Bedford School District families, a Manchester man who was charged with sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13 had previously worked as a custodian in the Bedford School District.
The letter from Bedford Superintendent Michael Fournier states that 73-year-old William Flanders had been a second shift custodian for the district since 2007 and that he is no longer employed by the Bedford School District. Sign up for our Newsletters ....
